Whether you are a Democrat, Republican or Independent; and, no matter what you think of President Trump, the release of the Mueller Report should shock every American who believes in individual freedom and our Constitutional Republic.
This was and still is an example of what can happen to an individual who finds himself at odds with an entrenched government bureaucrat: They took 2-years, spent at least $25-million, issued 2,800 subpoenas, interviewed 500 witnesses, utilized 40 FBI agents and 19 attorneys to find out that there was no collusion with the Russians by the Trump campaign to rig the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton. In addition, countless lives were destroyed by going after individuals for unrelated manufactured crimes like perjury; anyone can be charged with perjury, that’s why attorneys always advise their clients to keep their mouths shut.
In addition, the charges against Paul Manafort of tax and bank fraud, which had nothing to do with collusion with the Russians, could easily be applied to Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, to which, if I were a federal prosecutor, would add a charge of money laundering with a maximum penalty of 20-years in prison and $500,000 or twice the amount of money laundered, whichever is greater, for EACH count. The Clintons could face over 100-years in prison and forfeiture of their entire wealth. However, the Clinton’s have survived, at least for now, because they were on the same side politically of Deep-State bureaucrats, who were supported by the mainstream media. I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS but, that’s the injustice system we have created, which is contrary to the Constitution handed down to us by our Founders and Framers.
James Madison warned us: “It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.”
We failed to heed Madison’s warning resulting in the ability of federal prosecutors to indict anyone they dislike, or, believe an indictment would enhance their career. As explained by John Whitehead in Battlefield America: “Thanks to an overabundance of 4,500-plus federal crimes [e.g., perjury, conspiracy, obstruction, bank fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, ad infinitum] and 400,000-plus rules and regulations, it is estimated that the average American actually commits three felonies a day without knowing it. In fact, according to law professor John Baker, ‘There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime.’ That is not an exaggeration.”
Al Capone was known to have used a baseball bat to beat people to death and committed many other crimes, yet he went to prison for tax evasion. Anyone that has a business, especially one that operates across state lines and/or overseas, can be indicted for tax evasion, which is also included under the money laundering statutes; read, The U.S. Individual Income Tax is Incompatible with a Free Society, available at www.jeffersoniangroup.com or, directly from Amazon.
If you are indicted for tax evasion, money laundering can be added to the charges against you. If you obtained a bank loan for business or a mortgage, you probably provided tax returns, so you can be charged with an additional count of bank fraud. If you provided those tax returns electronically or through the mail, you could then be charged with wire fraud or mail fraud, maybe both! Think about this for a moment. If the federal government can go after the wealthy, the 1-to-10 percenters, even the President of the United States, no matter how good that may make you feel, you ought to be extremely worried about what they can do to you, your family, and your friends, should you or anyone you know, become a target of a Deep-State bureaucrat or a power-elite that controls government.
Mueller—who had an axe-to-grind because he was interviewed and not nominated for Attorney General by President Trump—and, his Team of Trump-Hater Attorneys, could not find anything remotely related to collusion, or rather, conspiracy with the Russians to rig the 2016 election. Mueller’s team ignored evidence that the Clinton Campaign and DNC may have conspired with foreigners to sabotage the Trump Campaign. Instead, they decided to go on a fishing expedition to find some crime committed by President Trump, rather than pursue the obvious. Instead of going after Russian collusion, which would have brought in the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation, members of the Obama Administration, and the DNC, they decided to focus their effort to take President Trump down.
It appears that the Mueller Trump-Hater Team spent much of their time and money trying to “compose” an obstruction charge of an investigation that should never have been done in the first place; and, even if it were properly predicated, which is highly questionable, the investigation exonerated President Trump. The current Attorney General, William Barr, and Deputy AG, Rod Rosenstein, concluded that there was no collusion or conspiracy and no obstruction by President Trump or his campaign. The trumped-up criminal charges are finally gone after 2-years and over $25-million wasted.
The obstruction allegations in Volume II of the Mueller Report are all one-sided, with no legal basis, and, is purely a political document meant to destroy a sitting President. Volume II of the Mueller Report was provided for the mainstream media and the “mental-midgets” in Congress, to include: House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Adam Schiff; and, House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Jerrold Nadler. Neither Congressman understands his authority under the Constitution and they both continually violate their oath to support the Constitution. They are aided by the mainstream media, who have also been properly indoctrinated through compulsory schooling; and, like the Congressmen, have no understanding of our Constitution, inalienable rights, and the separation of powers.
The mainstream media does not represent a free and fair press, they are an arm of the Democratic Party. For 2-years the mainstream media lied about President Trump with regular stories about him and his family colluding with the Russians. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN… read the Mueller Report! Any apologies by the mainstream media… NO… they are moving on to other things they hope will lead to the impeachment and conviction of President Trump.
Now that President Trump has been completely exonerated, the mainstream media, along with certain Democrats in Congress, are trying to take the President down for obstruction of an investigation, that cleared him and should never have happened in the first place. In addition to using obstruction as grounds for impeachment, Democrats in Congress are attempting to violate President Trump’s Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights by forcing the IRS to provide them with his tax returns; and, investigating his past business dealings.
This entire costly and wasteful exercise to take down a sitting president “constitutes an unwarranted impairment [by Congress] of another branch [the Executive Branch] in the performance of its constitutional duties.” In addition, the attempt to obtain President Trump’s business records and income tax returns, which has nothing to do with his duties as president, violates his Fourth Amendment right to be secure in his papers and effects; and, his Fifth Amendment right not to be a witness against himself.
There is nothing in the Constitution that grants Congress the authority to investigate a president that they do not like. The House of Representatives does have the Power of Impeachment but, that does not give them the authority to investigate a sitting president just because they dislike him and/or his policies, in hopes of finding something that is egregious enough to justify impeachment.
Congressional oversight, for example, is appropriate where funds are allocated to a specific project but, where some, or all, of such funds are spent by government agencies for extravagant travel and conferences that look more like paid vacations. The use of Congressional oversight to investigate a sitting President of the opposite political party, in hopes of finding something heinous enough to justify impeachment, is contrary to the separation and checks and balances established within our Constitutional framework.
Also, the idea that a 1924 law, allowing certain Congressional Committees, that set tax policy, to examine tax returns, can be used to circumvent the President’s Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights, illustrates just how far these political hacks are willing to go to destroy a fellow-citizen, who happens to be a sitting president not of their choice.
In 1874 Congress passed tax legislation to circumvent the Fourth Amendment, which was challenged in Boyd v. U.S., 116 U.S. 616 (1886). Justice Bradley ruled the legislation unconstitutional and void, stating that such a law was “repugnant to the Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution.” In this case, the 1924 law allowing Congress to obtain President Trump’s tax returns should be found “unconstitutional and void” based upon Supreme Court precedent, i.e. Boyd v. U.S. (1886).
The public spectacle about President Trump and collusion with the Russians that went on for the past two years, culminating with the Mueller Report, ought to upset any American who believes in a free and independent press; who believes in a fair and impartial judicial system; who believes that a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; and, who believes that government officials will do the right thing when it comes to interacting with their fellow-citizens, especially the CIA and FBI.

The more people that understand the fraud perpetrated against Americans by the power-elites that control government, the more likely we are to change things; and, vote the “charlatans and quacks” out-of-office!
